How we teach the company to use AI well.

Three tiers of training, all open in some form. Self-serve for anyone curious. A structured 10-week curriculum for champions. Deep 1:1 coaching for execs and power users. No one-size-fits-all.

Tier 3 · High-touch 1:1

Champion curriculum

What we actually teach over 10 weeks.

The headline isn't free Anthropic courses (those are study material). The headline is hands-on, Samba-specific training delivered by Sid through bi-weekly sessions, 1:1s, and Lunch & Hacks. Here's what champions learn to do.

Why we draw the line

Champions are enablers, not engineers. The training makes you dangerous enough to build simple things and teach others — not turn you into a developer. Engineering work stays with the AI Task Force and the engineering org.
